The March Newsletter

Happy Springgg 🌸☀️🪴

March will always have a special place in my heart because it’s the month I started coaching back in 2023. 🫶 I’m not sure what it has been about the 2023-2026 timeline, but they’ve really been the most packed 3 years. Can anyone relate here or … no? This month has been filled with the usual fun happenings (client wins, lots of interview prep, etc.) but I’ve also been in major “move-in mode” with my new apartment in LA.

I completely forgot (or intentionally blocked out) how intense cross-country moves can be. I’m so thankful to have a home I’m very excited about and to be 85% SETTLED. I promise I will stop talking about moving now. 🙏

I hope March brought you exciting fresh energy, especially if you’re in a part of the country that just went through the ~gnarliest~ winter. Sending you all the good vibes as always! 💫 âœ¨

Working with me 1:1

I’ve gotten more questions than usual about the process of working with me 1:1 this month, so I thought I’d give a quick update here too. I am still taking on direct coaching clients, but at a lower volume than previous years. If you’re interested in working with me, please keep in mind that I limit the amount of new clients I take on in a given month which means my new client availability decreases as the month progresses.

90% of what I do is job search related, with “interview prep” being the most popular focus but I do LOVE some “getting interview” work and “career clarity” conversations. If you are looking for more general career development, I still offer it but I like to get a deeper sense of where you’re at (since it’s all so subjective) to ensure I can be helpful.

If you’ve been wanting to get on my consult calendar for April, you can start exploring working with me here.
