New, accessible coaching options + my current fave read
July 2024: New Summer Launches
As we approach the mid-point of the summer season, I am so excited to share some new ways I can be more accessible as a coach.

For You: My Coaching Subscription
I’ve officially rolled out a subscription option for coaching sessions! A subscription model helps you easily budget for coaching support and also provides a discount on the session rate compared to purchasing one-off.
This is a great option for anyone that is working with me more heavily (2-4 times per month) or for anyone that wants to have ongoing support throughout their career (1 per month). There are currently only those 3 cadences available, but if you have a specific request on what you’d like to see offered (maybe 1 per quarter?) please let me know as I’m continuing to iterate on the offering in real-time.
For A Friend: My First eBook
This one has been a longtime in the making … I’ve officially launched my first digital resource that goes deep on interview preparation. If you’ve worked with me on any aspect of interviewing, you’ll most likely recognize quite a few themes in this eBook. I’m listing the eBook at a very affordable rate in hopes that it can be helpful for anyone that is looking for support but not looking to invest in live sessions.
What I’m Loving This Month
In the coming months, I’m going to share recommendations for things that are making my work world or general life better. This month, I’m really trying to get back into a reading groove because I’m embarrassingly behind on my GoodReads Challenge for 2024.
Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less
This book by Greg McKeown has been exceeding the hype. I feel like this is on nearly every business book recommendation list and I’m starting to appreciate why. It’s taking me awhile to get through it because the concepts are so good that I normally want to take a beat between each chapter. The overarching theme is that we contribute our best work when we are focused on the “essential few” v. being pulled in a million directions by the “non-essential many.” There’s a diagram at the beginning of the book (see below) that I’m trying to keep in mind whenever there’s a shiny new object pulling focus from what is most important in the given moment.

H.A.G.S!
I hope everyone has a happy, sun-filled and restful July! I’ll be sending my newsletter on a monthly cadence moving forward, so if you’d like to opt-out of receiving these emails you can simply click “unsubscribe” below. If you want to keep up with me on a more regular basis, follow along on Instagram.
