Do we need another Black Friday Deal this year?!

I don’t know what it is about this year, but I am a fully converted Fall girlie for the first-time ever. Summer is my absolute favorite, but something about the fresh start of November in particular has been ~hitting different~.

I’m also in LA right now, and I’m writing this outside in 65 degree weather but it really feels like a normal 55 degrees?! I’m just grateful to order fun, hot coffee drinks again.

If you don’t follow me on LinkedIn, I did a larger breakdown on how October felt from a Career Coaching perspective. TLDR: The vibes were much higher than September, especially on the interview momentum front. That being said, the morale still ebbed and flowed - we’re all a little tired. 🥲

BUT - November is always my “final fully send it” month of the year, and I’m sending those good vibes to anyone that needs them. ✨
